Service summary

TribecaIP is a market tracking and paper trading product for informational and educational use. It does not offer investment advice, does not act as a broker, and does not execute real securities transactions.

1. Eligibility

Use the service lawfully and responsibly.

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account or contact details where requested.

2. Educational scope

Paper trading means simulated activity only.

Virtual balances, order history, positions, and analytics are educational simulations. They do not represent live brokerage activity or guaranteed market outcomes.

3. Market data

Data may be delayed or supplied by third parties.

Quotes, indicators, and news may be delayed and may include third-party content. They should not be used as the sole basis for a real investment decision.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform.

You may not interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected areas, scrape restricted content, or use TribecaIP for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

5. Intellectual property

Platform materials remain protected.

All site content, software, branding, and non-user materials remain the property of TribecaIP or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited when needed.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse or security concerns.

Important limitations

TribecaIP is provided on an informational basis.

  • The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or fitness for any specific trading purpose.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, TribecaIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from reliance on the service.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
